Toby is a gentle soul who needs a patient and gentle owner, and perhaps an older dog in the family.

Toby (short for Toblerone) is a stunning chocolate/white tuxedo australian labradoodle from our Becca and Vimy litter born October 25.   Toby will mature around 30 to 35lbs.   He is calm, shy, and gentle.  

Toby is the most sensitive of his littermates. He is a calm and gentle soul.  His greeting is respectful and submissive. As he becomes more comfortable with new people, he opens up.  He will need time to get acquainted with new people.  Anyone new meeting Toby will need to be asked to respect his space until he is ready to be interacted with.  This will build his confidence quicker. 

He loves toys (especially chew toys) and is a big fan of treats. He gives respectful amounts of eye contact and will follow once comfortable with the person.  He will look to his human for reassurance when the world is scary for him. 

He shows sensitivities to both sight and sound stimulus.  He will need to see the world at a low intensity to build his confidence.  As he matures that will be easier for him. 

This little man will do best in a family with older teens or retired people.   He would likely do well with an older/calmer dog as a companion as well.
